The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) is comprised of local federal executives who are members of the Federal Executive Board. They are responsible for organizing and overseeing the local Combined Federal Campaign which includes reviewing applications from local agencies and federations and managing the Principal Campaign Fund Organization (PCFO).
