This panel presentation and discussion will offer perspectives from each
practitioner’s observations on various labor relations, management
and EEO aspects relating to dealing with disability in the workplace,
including practical tips and potential pitfalls with conduct, performance,
leave, medical privacy, and reasonable accommodation issues. Included will
be a discussion of how cases may change through the different
stages of advice and litigation, and information on additional resources
available to deal with these types of issues will also be covered.
